Shared Houses
~ All properties are fully furnished and include all utilities (water, gas, trash, electricity, high speed internet, cable TV), as well as all kitchenware, dinnerware, linens, appliances and cleaning service.
~ Leases are individual. You do NOT need to find roommates to share an apartment or house.
If we have space available, we have shorter leases for the language school students.
~ We also provide personal assistance, hikes, events, BBQ's, volunteering and other opportunities for all Coral students
~ On call emergency service
~ Managers and Resident Assistants on site
~ Maintenance crew available for issues
~ Prices subject to change per semester
~ All properties located downtown, close to our city center, 10 - 15 minutes to the beach or SBCC by bike

The Summertown House is a classic Victorian style downtown large Santa Barbara home in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is newly remodeled. It is fully furnished with quality antique furniture. The house is 10 minutes biking distance to SBCC and the beach, and 5-10 minutes walking distance to downtown State Street and is near shops, banks, restaurants. Private laundry included.

Wintertown is a large Victorian style house located near downtown Santa Barbara with easy access to State Street and the Transit Center. Wintertown is a 4 bedroom, 1 studio, 2 story house with comfortable furnishings, a beautiful front yard, and family neighborhood surroundings. The house is about 15-20 minutes bike ride to SBCC and has a private laundry room for tenants.

The Riviera View House is a large Victorian style house located near the beach and with a great view of the Santa Barbara Riviera. The Riviera View House is a 4 bedroom, 2 story house with comfortable furnishings, surfer atmosphere, a beautiful yard and peaceful surroundings. The house is about 15-20 minutes by bike along the beach to SBCC and has a private laundry room for tenants.

Palmtree House

Palmtree House is a modern-styled two-story house right by the end of the Santa Barbar City College Hill. There's plenty of space to hang out in the house and in the beautiful backyard. The house also has a cool hang-out area in the garage. Palmtree House is also right next door to our West Beach House, both properties are less than a 10-minute walk to our gorgeous beaches and City College Campus.
