The Summertown House is a classic Victorian style downtown large Santa Barbara home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is fully furnished with quality antique furniture. Private laundry included.
The house is 10 minutes biking distance to SBCC and the beach, and 5-10 minutes walking distance to downtown State Street and is near shops, banks, restaurants.

The Riviera View House is a large Victorian style house located near the beach, and with a great view of the Santa Barbara Riviera. The Riviera View House and a close proximity to shops and restaurants. The Riviera View house is a 4 bedroom, 2 story house with comfortable furnishings, surfer atmosphere, a beautiful yard and peaceful surroundings.
The house is about 15-20 minutes by bike along the beach to SBCC and has a private laundry room for tenants.

VICTORIA HOUSE

It is about 10 minutes by bike to SBCC and located close to West Beach House.
