WELCOME
Welcome to Coral Group in Santa Barbara, CA.
We strive to provide quality, comfortable, safe and central housing opportunities in Santa Barbara for international and American students arriving to SBCC & UCSB.
Our housing includes everything students need to live in a home or host family, plus much more, as well as opportunities to be part of the Santa Barbara city life including events, adventures and times to volunteer.
We encourage all students to follow the dreams that brought them to Santa Barbara and we do the best we can to assist them in reaching their goals.

cleaning service
EVENTS, HIKES, BBQ'S FOR ALL
We offer cleaning service twice a month to help students maintain a clean home. We know cleaning is not your top priority, so we help out and also support everyone with chores.
We are so much more than just housing! We offer events, hikes, BBQ's for our students, most of them free! We also help students find opportunities to volunteer.

WEST BEACH HOUSE
Shared double room, triple room, private studio, cottage with shared rooms.
The West Beach House has a main house and cottage steps away from both SBCC and the beach. The main house is 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
Studio private entrance, bath, and kitchen.
Cottage 2 rooms, kitchen, living room/dining room, bathroom, patio
This property features high ceilings, private patios, large game room / garage, movie theater room, new furnishings, onsite coin-operated laundry and modern appliances.
SUMMERTOWN HOUSE
Single room, double rooms and triple room.
The Summertown House is a classic Victorian style downtown large Santa Barbara home in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is newly remodeled. It is fully furnished with quality antique furniture. The house is 10 minutes biking distance to SBCC and the beach, and 5-10 minutes walking distance to downtown State Street and is near shops, banks, restaurants. Private laundry included.

Wintertown is a large Victorian style house located near downtown Santa Barbara with easy access to State Street and the Transit Center. Wintertown is a 4 bedroom, 1 studio, 2 story house with comfortable furnishings, a beautiful front yard, and family neighborhood surroundings. The house is about 15-20 minutes bike ride to SBCC and has a private laundry room for tenants.

The new Victoria house offers, single, double and triple room. The house offers beautiful outdoor areas for the students to enjoy. It has 2 kitchens and onsite laundry.
It is located about 10 minutes biking distance from SBCC.

RIVIERA VIEW HOUSE

The Riviera View House is a large Victorian style house located near the beach and with a great view of the Santa Barbara Riviera. The Riviera View House is a 5 bedroom, 2 story house with comfortable furnishings, surfer atmosphere, a beautiful yard and peaceful surroundings. The house is about 15-20 minutes by bike along the beach to SBCC and has a private laundry room for tenants.

PALMTREE HOUSE

Palmtree House is a modern-styled two-story house right by the end of the Santa Barbara City College Hill. Palmtree House is an 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms house with 2 kitchens and 3 living rooms. There's plenty of space to hang out in the house and in the beautiful backyard. Palmtree house is also right next door to our West Beach House, both properties are less than 10-minute walk to our gorgeous beaches and SBCC.
Coral Group offers the option to live in fully furnished apartments at La Brezza! It is just a few short steps from the beach and Santa Barbara City College Campus.
The apartments offer stylish two-bedroom homes with an open floor plan, spacious closets, appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, and gas range, wood tile flooring, and much more! You have access to a pool, BBQ, and coin laundry.
